Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort offers family-friendly accommodation in Caloundra and features lush tropical grounds, a fun-filled water park, a resort-style pool, putt-putt golf course, sandpit, climbing frame and giant Kangaroo Jumper. The resort is just 200 metres from the beach and a short walk from the bustling hub of Caloundra. Free WiFi is offered.
Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort provides guests with a variety of spacious and comfortable accommodation styles. One-bedroom apartments, through to three-bedroom Villas are available and feature air-conditioning, cable TV and a kitchen or kitchenette.
Situated around a charming waterlily-filled pond, the Reflections restaurant is open for breakfast every day and dinner on Tuesday to Saturday nights. You can enjoy relaxing on the balcony of Reflections Restaurant and enjoying a cocktail and something from the extensive modern menu. Legends Bar is the ideal place to unwind and also features poolside access.
Whilst in the area be sure to visit Steve Irwins Australia Zoo, Titanium Club Pelican Golf Club, Underwater World, The Big Pineapple, Fraser Island and Queensland Air Museum. You can also enjoy scenic drives to Maleny and Montville. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of AUD 75 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that a charge of AU $5 per child, per stay will be charged upon check-in for use of the Water Park. The water park is only suitable for children aged 12 years and under, and all children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian over 16 years of age when using the water park.
When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
You are kindly requested to present a valid credit card along with photo ID upon arrival. Please note that the credit card presented on check-in must be in the same name as the guest on the booking confirmation.

Please note that daily room cleaning is not included in the rate. Cleaning services can be purchased at any time during the stay. Guests will have the choice of cleaning service options, at an additional cost, upon check in at the hotel. For guests staying more than 8 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge in the middle of your stay. For guests staying more than 12 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge every 7 days.
