Talisman Broadbeach is only 4 minutes’ walk from the Gold Coast Convention Centre and a 1-minute walk from the Broadbeach Mall and Oasis Shopping Centre. It is 7 minutes walk from The Gold Coast GLink. Surfers Paradise is 3 kms away.
All apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry facilities and a large private balcony. Each apartment includes cable TV and a CD/DVD player.
Talisman at Broadbeach offers a peaceful holiday set in beautiful landscaped gardens. Guests have access to a large outdoor barbecue area. Free secure covered car parking is provided. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
We take a $500 pre authorisation hold for every reservation at Talisman this will need to be confirmed and provided to our team prior to check in.

Please be advised that several units in the building are currently undergoing much needed renovations and window replacement due to corrosion of being so close to the ocean.
During this time, you may experience some noise disturbances: Jack hammering noise may occur: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Other construction noise, including hammer drills, may be present:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
We do our level best to place you as far away from the noise as possible.

There is a break period over the summer holidays from the 15th of December.
