Opened in October 2015, Haus Luigi is located a 10-minute walk from Söldens centre and 200 metres from the Gaislachkogelbahn Cable Car. It offers self-catering apartments and provides free private parking. WiFi is available. All guests receive a 10% discount on the admission of the Aqua Dome Thermal Spa, which is within 13.8 km, and guests can buy the tickets right on site.
The spacious and modern apartments at Haus Luigi feature a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The large bathrooms come with a shower and a hairdryer. You can enjoy mountain views from each apartment.
Fresh bread rolls can be delivered to the apartments daily. From October to mid-December, guests can request continental breakfast, which will be served in the apartments dining area. In addition, guests can access the in-house sauna and infrared cabin free of charge 3 times a week.
A ski storage room is available on site, and a cross-country ski run starts directly on the premises. In summer, guests can find several scenic hiking and mountain biking trails right outside. Bicycle maintenance facilities can be used free of charge, such as cleaning facilities, tools and a lockable bicycle storage room.
The Ötztal Premium Card is included in all rates from beginning of June to beginning of October and offers free rides on the cable cars, lifts and buses, free guided hiking tours, free access to public baths and lakes and many more benefits. Ski courses can be booked on site. In summer, guests can access the Sölden tennis courts free of charge. Please inform Haus Luigi in advance of your expected arrival time. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
