All apartments are 75 m² in size and feature parquet flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a balcony offering panoramic mountain views. They are reachable by elevator. Ski equipment and bicycles can be stored in a separate room on site, which includes a ski boot dryer. Fresh bread rolls can be delivered to your apartment every morning. Numerous restaurants and bars can be found in Sölden. Appartments Solaris enjoy a quiet location off the main road, a 10-minute walk from the centre of Sölden. From late May to mid-October, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses. Please inform Appartements Solaris in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the deposit payable on arrival is a security deposit and will be refunded on departure if no damages have been made.
