Our Apartments have been awarded 3 Edelweiss as a mark of Quality: Apartments with 3 Edelweiss are characterised by quality comfortable furnishings. Generally more comfort and quality are offered in these apartments and totally renovated in 2013.
In winter enjoy the skiing on the Krippenstein Freeride Arena and Dachstein West.
The scenic footpaths and cycle routes are in close vicinity - as is the Koppenwinkel lake in the nearby Nature Reserve which is a short walk away. About 2km from our house is the Lake Hallstatt with its bathing beach, boat hire etc.

The individually furnished apartments all feature a flat-screen satellite TV, CD and DVD players, and a kitchenette with a dining area and a coffee and tea maker.
The bathrooms have a hairdryer and heated towel rails. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided. On request, fresh bread can be delivered every morning.
In summer, the garden at the Osborne Landhaus features deck chairs, a pavilion, and barbecue facilities.
Free private parking is available at Landhaus Osborne. The World Heritage town of Hallstatt is 4 km away, and Lake Hallstatt is 2 km away.
The Koppenwinkel Nature Reserve, which is just a short walk from the Landhaus, features various hiking and cycling trails. The Schladming Ski Area can be reached by car in 1 hour. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
