- 05 breakfasts and 05 dinners at hotel on fixed menu with veg food in standard package.
- Transport services by an exclusive non air- conditioned vehicle as per itinerary using one Dzire / Etios / Innova from Chandigarh pickup to Chandigarh drop only.
- Assistance on arrival by our driver.
- Check in & Check out @ 14:00 & 11:00 hrs.
Exclusion
- 5% GST on final invoice.
- Any monument entry fees / still & video camera fees / guide charges.
- Any meal, which is not mentioned.
- Any air / train / bus fare.
- Expense of personal nature like portage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines, medical expenses, alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature etc.
- Room heater charges during your hotel stay.
Package Policy & Terms
- All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
- Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
- The packages offered by Karotrip can be customized according to guest’s wish.
- To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
- Package will not be considered booked until advance amount has not been received by us.
- Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
- Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
- To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.

- Car AC will not work in hill stations.
- Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a quotation. The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates / month.
- The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent / alternative hotels.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in, in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
Cancellation Policy & Terms
In case of cancellation of transportation / hotel / package services, cancellation charges would be effective as per below:
- Before 30 days - 30% of the total tour cost
- 30 -15 days - 60% of the total tour cost
- 14 - 07 days - 90% of the total tour cost
- 06 - 0 days - 100 % of the total tour cost
