Booking Done 30 days Prior to Arrival, and cancelled before 30 days of Arrival there will be no Cancellation Change all the money collected will be Refunded.
If the Booking is done before or with the 30 days of arrival, the Cancellation will be as per the Cancellation Policy of the respective Hotel / Cruise. Cancellation Policy of Each hotel is different and will be intimated in the Respective Conformation Voucher.
Cancellation due to weather or due to any family / health Issue, KaroTrip will charge a small 30 % of the Total Package amount as a Part of the Service rendered by the company.
Hotel Once Booked will not be changed, In case of any Complain from the Guest after check –in we will try to change the Room in the same category , and any up gradation will be will supplement Charges.
