NOTE:

To visit Aru, Chandanwari and Beetab Valley at Pahalgam you have to hire a private local cab from the transport yard at Pahalgam. The cost to visit these places is approximately Rs 1800/ 2200 per cab. Mostly Tavera cab is preferred which will take you for sightseeing to these places with 01 hour halt at each place.
Cost for Gulmarg Gondola Cable Car Ticket will be Rs 750 / per pax for first phase and 950/ per pax for second phase. Also cost for local registered guide at Gulmarg will be Rs 600/700 for full day. (Tickets not included in the package cost unless requested to include in the package cost.)
Prepaid SIM cards of other districts of India will not work in J&K

Itinerary Highlights

Day - 1 ( Arrival Srinagar Airport )

City - Srinagar

Desc:- Arrival Srinagar in the morning and transfer to the Srinagar. Full day sightseeing at Srinagar and take a ride in Shikara at Dal Lake for atleast 01 hour. Explore Mughal Gardens, Dal Lake, and Shankar Acharya Temple and in the evening transfer to Hotel for Night Stay. Later, in the evening you are also at liberty to go around the market and shop for dry fruits, Kashmir handicraft and other things of your choice.

Day - 2 ( Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar (50 Kms | 1 and half or 2 Hrs. Approx.) )

City - Srinagar

Desc:- After breakfast proceed for a day trip to Gulmarg. Visit Gulmarg Gondola Cable Car for ride to first and second phase of Cable Car. (Kangdoori and Afarwat). Take part in any activity like Skiing, snow bike, sledge and other activities (In winter Season) and trek to different tourist places at Gulmarg. Later in the evening transfer back to Srinagar. Night Stay at Hotel.

Day - 3 ( Srinagar – Pahalgam (90 Kms | 3 Hrs. Approx. )

City - Pahalgam

Desc:- After early Breakfast leave for Pahalgam or Sonmarg. Visit and explore tourist places at Pahalgam or Sonmarg. Aru Valley, Chandanwari, Beetab Valley, Mini Switzerland, Kani Marg, Waterfall are some of the favorite tourist destinations at Pahalgam. To reach and explore these places you will be hiring pony/ horse at your own cost. Later in the evening check-in at Hotel at Pahalgam. Night stay at Pahalgam.

Day - 4 ( Sightseeing at Pahalgam )

City - Srinagar

Desc:- After breakfast transfer to taxi yard where you will hire a cab to explore famous Bollywood shooting sites like Beetab Valley, Chandanwari and Aru Valley. Explore these places and then visit several parks and wild life sanctuary at Pahalgam. Later in the evening transfer back to Srinagar. Check- in at Houseboat at Dal Lake or Nigeen Lake (as per your booking). Night stay at Houseboat.

Day - 5 ( Srinagar Departure )

City - Srinagar

Desc:- Early morning time at leisure and then transfer to the airport for taking the flight back home (two hours efore departure time as per airline rules). Tour ends with happy memories.

Any Horse riding/ Sightseeing of Beetab Valley, Aru & Chandanwari at Pahalgam / Cable Car Ride at Gulmarg / Thajawas Glacier at Sonmarg / Rafting / Paragliding / Skiing or any other such activity.
Camera Fee /Excess Baggage/Emergency/Medical Cost.
Any optional Tour / Trip other than mentioned in the tour program / Service of vehicle on Leisure days and after finishing the Sightseeing tours.
Any Air/Train/Bus Fair / Chopper Tickets for Holy Darshan at Katra / Chained Vehicle from Tangmarg to Gulmarg – Tangmarg in case of snowfall.

All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
The packages offered by Karotrip can be customized according to guest’s wish.
To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
Package will not be considered booked until advance amount has not been received by us.
Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Check-In Time 12:00 Hours (Noon) | Check-out time 12:00 Hours at all the properties
Company will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be bear by passenger.
There would be no refund for the road blocks at Jammu Srinagar Highway due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost at Jammu, Katra, Patnitop, Kargil or Leh due to the same should be paid by the passenger directly.
No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
No changes in the date of travel once booked.
Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus
Any dispute will be subject to Srinagar jurisdiction
Cost of Child between 5 to 11 Years. (Without Bed only) & for extra Bed kindly consider the cost of Extra Bed

Maximum 6 Passenger can be accommodated in one SUV vehicle (Innova or Similar)

Cancellation Policy & Terms

No Retention charges if cancellation will be made before 30 days of Arrival.
50% charges will be made if cancellation will be between 20 days of Arrival.
75% Retention charges will be made if cancellation will be between 15 days of Arrival.
100% Retention charges will be if cancellation will be between within 10 days of Arrival
